Samaritans

Samaritans, a UK charity providing a helpline for people in distress, needed volunteers. As contact with Samaritans is based on talking, we designed the ads around distressing images using vectorscopes (visual representations of sound). The campaign went on to become their most successful recruitment initiative.

When it comes to mental health issues, young people keep their problems bottled up. We used the emotive art of doodling to express these inner thoughts and let them know confidential help was available.
